What this site collects

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology, and it does not run a database or server that stores visitor information. The only way we receive your personal data is if you choose to give it to us directly:

• The contact form on our Contact page does not submit to a server. It opens your own device's email app with a message pre-filled from the name, phone number and project details you typed, addressed to bujarh75@gmail.com. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you then choose to send that email yourself, at which point it becomes an ordinary email in our inbox, handled the same way as any other correspondence.
• Phone calls, emails or Instagram messages you send us directly, using the contact details on this site.

We only ask for what we need to quote for and deliver building work: your name, contact details, and a description of the project. We do not collect financial, health or other sensitive information through this website.

How we use it

Any details you send us are used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and — if you go ahead — to deliver and manage the building work. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use it for any automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to deliver a project and meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records), then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Since this website itself doesn't store any data on a server, this mainly concerns information held in our own email or phone records after you've contacted us. To make a request, email bujarh75@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have mishandled your data.

Project photos and testimonials

The photos in our gallery are of our own completed building work. Testimonials published on this site are shared with the permission of the clients named. If you'd like a testimonial or photo removed, contact us using the details above.

Children

This website is aimed at adults commissioning building work and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, children.
